How time flies when you’re having fun! As Lauren Monitz recently reported, Le Bakery Sensual just marked its 35th birthday with owner John Spotz at the helm; the then-employee bought the basic bakery with a decided edge from its founder back in 1981, and over the years, his titillating treats have become a local staple. Says Joyce:
