Artisan food at any restaurant is a joke. Hipster gastropubs are guilty of the same crap but because the server has a beard and an ironic T-shirt, it’s somehow acceptable.

“Hipster” — that’s another fighting word. For the record, readers would also like to retire these descriptions: “fresh,” “original,” “housemade,” “farm to table” and “rustic.” Any others?
