Love him or hate him, at least Guy Fieri brings national attention to some worthy local restaurants, including Cora Faye’s Cafe, which was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives last month. Fieri raved about chef/owner Priscilla Smith’s fried chicken, pork neck bones, collard greens, cabbage, hush puppies and chitlins.

A friend recommended I stop at CoraFaye’s restaurant when I am vacationing in CO this week. She said, ‘It was on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives!” I grumbled something about hating Guy Fieri with the white-hot passion of a thousand burning suns. But I googled the restaurant and found your article on Guy getting on the bus to Douchebagistan…and I haven’t laughed so hard in weeks. Thank you so much, and nice to know there are more of you out there that don’t buy into his crap.
