A week ago, after weathering the disappointment over the cancellation of the Official 4/20 Rally at Civic Center Park on April 16, Denver was high on all the celebrations for 4/20 that were actually taking place. Nearby businesses and food trucks were also high on the business they were about to do, and many rolled out stoner specials. But one reader wonders:
