Neighborhoods around Denver are changing — and RiNo might be changing the fastest. The area is technically part of Five Points, and picked up the RiNo nickname — short for River North, since this section is bordered by the Platte — a decade ago. Since then, the area has rapidly evolved from a haven for artists and DIY venues to a hot spot for pricy new housing, craft breweries and hip bars.
