When the weather starts getting warmer, I develop an insatiable craving for bibim naeng myun, a tangy cold noodle dish imbued with the heat of chiles.

So a few weeks ago, on one of the first really warm days of the year, I made my annual journey out to Silla, a longtime, strip-mall Korean barbecue restaurant in Aurora that offers one of the town’s best versions of that dish.
