Over twenty restaurants opened in the metro area this month, including another round of taprooms as well as Work & Class, the first of the next wave going into RiNo. Meanwhile, only a handful of restaurants closed their doors — including chain stalwarts Furr’s in Wheat Ridge, and Olive Garden in Boulder.
