A second Slice Works Pizza will be opening in early 2014 at the corner of 17th and Blake streets, in the former home of Toppings. The original opened early last year next to Argonaut Liquors at 700 East Colfax Avenue.

The restaurant will be similar to the Colfax location, with possibly new offerings. Own Lou Scileppi says he’s still working out what he wants to do and what’s possible, since the new location will have a tighter kitchen.
He said he’s looking at a January 2014 opening.
