The Couples Holiday Entertaining class runs from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.; students will learn how to team up to cook dishes like grilled asparagus with smoked bacon and black olive caper tapenade, wild mushroom gratin with three-herb crust, pan-roasted turkey breast and much more.
