This week’s review took me to Taco Mex, a boxy red and white building on East Colfax that makes tacos al pastor the traditional way, in a tent in the parking lot. Those tacos were my favorite find at the eatery, though I enjoyed eating my way through the rest of the joint’s massive board of Mexican food, too.
