1st Course
Balote from the town of Clauzetto – ricotta salata and Neufchatel cheese stuffed polenta balls with mushroom tomato demi sauce

2nd Course
Petite d’Anatra ai Frutti di Bosco – pan-seared duck breast, seared foie gras, fresh berries, spiced berry reduction

3rd Course
Strucchi – dates back to the 15th century. Fried pastry filled with nuts, raisins, orange peel and dusted in super fine sugar.
