Ten years ago, if you went into a restaurant or grocery store and asked about gluten-free menu items or food products, no one would have had a clue what you were talking about. But celiac disease is part of our culinary lexicon now, and the Sunflower Farmers’ Market at 8601 West Cross Drive in Littleton is all about gluten-free education.

Today from 1 to 2 p.m., the market is offering a Gluten-Free Store Tour, where you can learn about celiac disease and sample some of Sunflower’s s gluten-free products. Sign up by calling 720-214-0410.
