Jax Fish House in Boulder, at 928 Pearl Street, celebrated the culmination of Oyster Week yesterday with the annual Oyster Eating Contest.
If you missed the Boulder oyster festivities — or just haven’t gotten enough of the mollusks to satiate your palate — then you’re in luck, because Jax Fish House in Denver, at 1539 17th Street, will kick off its Oyster Week with numerous specials today.
