Atlas Purveyors will start the evening with seasonal tea-infused refreshments, while Jordan Vineyards will pour wines from several vintages. Mateo will present a Spring Prix Fixe Dinner at 6 p.m. tonight. Isabelle Farm’s harvest will help build the menu, and Cured (Boulder’s new fine cheese and food market, opening soon) will join the kitchen to serve a course previewing some of the shop’s distinctive items.
