The challenges facing local news organizations are very real. That's why reader support matters more than ever. If you believe independent journalism matters, make a contribution today and help us reach our summer fundraising goal of $25,000 by August 9.
The Crepe Bretonne is a delicate, golden-brown pancake folded over savory accoutrements, like sausage and cheese, or stuffed full of fruit jam and butter.
Tonight, Le Central, Denver’s affordable French mecca and romantic dinner spot, is offering a brief cooking demonstration on this traditional breakfast and dessert food. For ten bucks, the culinary curious will get to try their hands at the crepe pan and then eat their lessons on the restaurant’s Lincoln Street terrace.
The event starts at 6:30, and the price includes three crepes.
