Kachina Southwestern Grill, 10600 Westminster Boulevard in Westminster, continues its “Beast & Beer” dinner series showcasing locally raised meat and Colorado craft beer. Tonight’s feast features pork from Cone Ranch paired with brews from AC Golden Brewing Co.
