On November 11, Leinonen and his Trillium crew will be serving a six-course wine dinner at the James Beard House. The dinner at Trillium tonight will mirror that meal, and will feature six courses and wines, along with a three-course hors d’oeuvre reception, also matched with wines.
“It’s going to be a very special evening at Trillium as we practice and prepare to cook at the James Beard House. The dinner is intended to give our amazing guests, friends, colleagues and family in the Mile High City an authentic taste of what we’ll be doing at the James Beard House,” says Leinonen.
Reservations for the 6:30 dinner are $100; call 303-379-9759 or visit trilliumdenver.com to make yours.
