We just heard that Tyler Wiard (Elway’s Cherry Creek), Elise Wiggins (Panzano) and Jennifer Jasinski (Rioja, Bistro Vendome and Euclid Hall) are joining forces with a national “roast beef” sandwich chain to create a new sandwich that’ll be called “The Big TyWigSki.”

“I’m looking forward to working with a new meat product,” says Wiard. Jasinski and Wiggins, however, are oddly silent on the matter.

The trio are keeping the details close to their chest, but we’re told the sandwich should debut sometime this summer.
