Frasca Food and Wine is throwing a pop-up wine dinner with special guest Steve Lewis. The meal, which starts at 6 p.m., will feature Nebbiolo Italian wines along with bottles that have been cellared at the restaurant. Dinner is $300 and seats are extremely limited. Mizuna is welcoming Wine on the Road tour guide and writer Ben Weinberg for an Oregon wine dinner featuring wines from the Willamette Valley paired with dishes created by Mizuna executive chef Stephen McCary. The dinner begins at 6 p.m. and is $150 per person; call Mizuna at 303-832-4778.
Firenze a Tavola is getting in the Halloween spirit early with a 1920s gangster-themed community table dinner starting at 6:30 p.m. There will be an over-abundance of spaghetti with meatballs and other traditional East Coast Italian-American fare, as well as wine, all for $33.
