Everyone knows Britain’s best spy took his martinis shaken, not stirred — but his wine preferences weren’t as well known. Turns out that he liked vintage Taittinger champagne, Mouton Rothschild ’53 when someone else was buying the red, and Loire Valley Vouvray, according to wineportfolio. But he didn’t limit his wines to those choices, and you won’t, either, at this year’s Bond-themed Wines in the Pines, From Keystone with Love, which runs through tomorrow at Keystone. Events include a winemakers’ dinner, a tasting event and more; proceeds benefit CP of Colorado. Admission starts at $100; for more information, go to www.wineinthepines.org.
