Blue Spruce Brewing Company

Rick Kane, a former biology teacher, opened Blue Spruce Brewing in April 2014 in Centennial, making it one of the few craft brewpubs in the area. The spot offers Mazatlan-style Mexican fare featuring fresh vegetables and very few fried items, as well as classic pub dishes. Blue Spruce serves a number of its own custom craft brews, including a honey kolsch, a pale ale, a red ale, a brown ale and an IPA, alongside those of other local breweries. The large space, which can seat 220, also has a patio.
