Buca, whose sole Colorado location is on Flatiron Market Place Drive in Broomfield, takes the old adage “bigger is better” seriously, with huge, themed dining rooms (one has a pope head bust on the table) and meals served family style. Menu staples include chicken, eggplant and veal Parmigiana, lasagna, and spaghetti with meat sauce. Buca also offers bar packages so groups can drink for a set price ? and all dishes are washed free of charge.
