Moe’s Broadway Bagel

The venerable Moe’s is everything you’d expect from a bagel shop born and bred in Boulder: The menu is drawn (somewhat haphazardly) on a chalkboard, the staff is always in a good mood, and the place maintains a collegial, slightly hippie-dippie vibe. But the bagels – pulled out of the oven fresh each morning and served with an ungodly amount of cream cheese – are exceptional. And because this is Colorado, Moe’s also offers a respectable breakfast burrito.
