Pancho Poncho debuted in the summer of 2024 serving tacos and molcajetes — a welcome addition to the neighborhood since Benny's, the beloved Mexican spot nearby, shows no sign of reopening since its COVID-induced closure in 2020. The bar's wine list comprises offerings from the next-door Carboy Winery that have also found their way into wine-based cocktails like sangria, palomas and margaritas, serving as a nice bridge between a relaxed Mexican joint and a wine-tasting room.
