Part of the Culinary Creative family (which also owns Denver institution Tap & Burger, among others), Red Tops Rendezvous opened in July 2023, bringing supremely light and airy Detroit-style pizza to the Jefferson Park neighborhood. In addition to the pie, which is blanketed with cheese from edge to edge, the menu offers a robust selection of non-’za options, like garlic knots stuffed with Nathan's hot dogs and an enormous chicken parm made with half a bird.
