The weekend is finally here -- well, almost here, give or take a few hours. Just in case you don't know what you're getting into yet because you've been too busy all week, you known, getting all ground up in the gears to make any plans, we've put together a heaping list of all the illest parties going down this weekend. Plenty of chances for you to party like a rockstar. Page down to see what's cracking.

The second installment of The Solution Showcase will feature the sounds of Foodchain, Es-Nine, and a feature set from LA's Inka One. The shindig goes down at Meadowlark and you can find $5 pre-sale tickets downtown at Family Affair. Dope music, dope party and don't miss the complimentary pancakes from 9-10 p.m. $8 at the door. 21+up.

As usual, Africanna Café is the place for rhythm, reggae, soca and dance hall. Govahment Promotions bring you the weekly party where the people come together to dance and get down to island sounds. Every Friday night, and tonight is no different.

The RiNo party at Matchbox goes down tonight with $40 bracelets that get you all you can drink all night. Billy's Gourmet Hot Dog's will be in tow, and there's door prizes ranging from a patio party, to a PBR party, to various gift certificates. This is a celebration of all those who helped make the Denver Voice happen over the course of last year.

Face Melt Fridays is going down in Boulder at K's China again with ODLAZER, Kakarott, Janksta, Pryzm and Ph4ntom. 21+

DJ Topshelf is celebrating his birthday weekend with a Capricorn/Aquarius birthday bash at Club Dream tonight. Hosted by Cubana Lust, NFL players Le'Ron McClain and Jarvis Moss. It's 21+up to party and $10 at the door.

City Hall Events Venue is still hosting Terminal Kings, which ends on Saturday night with a special performance from DJ Z-Trip. The exhibit is open all day to the public, and yes, they will be serving beers all day until the throw down at night. Tickets to the show are $25 and you may want to arrive a little early for some special guests surprises.

Sub.mission presents Katy B. live on Saturday night at Cervantes Ballroom. Tickets to this show are only $10, and along with Katy B., you'll get a healthy dose of Sub.mission residents throwing down all night.
