The 2025 concert season at Levitt Pavilion kicks off on Saturday, May 24, and those heading to the nonprofit venue will be among the first to see some new improvements. Levitt, which opened at Ruby Hill Park in 2017, has raised the funds to make several changes to the outdoor facility in an effort to make it more accessible for all attendees and keep the music going rain or shine.

“This is a new chapter for Levitt Pavilion, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome our community back to a space that’s been thoughtfully re-imagined with them in mind,” says Meghan McNamara, Levitt's executive director. “Every improvement reflects our commitment to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone can experience the joy of live music.”

Levitt Pavilion 2025 Changes

Several notable improvements are coming to Levitt. To improve accessibility, a paved pathway will connect the lower bowl to the main plaza and north-side concessions. The ADA seating area has also been expanded, and the lower bowl area has a new synthetic turf surface.

Two paved patios have been installed at the venue's lower bowl that will offer "unique spaces for elevated concert experiences, community partner activations and special events," according to the venue. The patios will be open for sponsorship opportunities as well as available to rent for events.

The changes aren't just about the audience experience — sound crews won't need to worry about the weather as much: There is a new shelter for the front-of-house audio booth that will protect the gear (and the people handling it) from the elements.

The cash to make these developments came from more than 100 individual donors as well as contributions from foundations and Denver Parks & Recreation to the Levitt Future Fund. The nonprofit has been a major gift to the city itself, providing more than fifty free concerts each summer along with its ticketed offerings. With its wide range of genres in concerts, all-ages appeal and open-lawn setting, Levitt Pavilion has won several Best of Denver awards through the years, including Best Outdoor Venue and Best Summer Concert Series.
