Dyalekt's first single from his new album, Death by Ego (free with a Tweet), is called "Tequila and Lime." The perfect feel good joint produced by the MC, it's all about every day being a shot at making the life you want and seizing every chance to become better. Sound poetic? It is.

The verses give a shout out to his parents, his crew and to women and hoes. Dyalekt is rhyming from the top of his game. Don't let the "Lunesta" line about being overlooked get past you. We're feeling this track and have it available for free download below.

Death by Ego drops today and has feaures from Diamond Boiz, Mane Rok, Luke Skyy and Benjamin Butters, among others. The album boasts production from Dyalekt, Davey Boy, TC Crooks, Leezy (ODX) and more and represents a figurative death that just happens to coincide with the MC's birthday today. Stream the track and then download it below.

Keep Westword Free... Since we started Westword, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Denver, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism.
