Elton John and Leon Russell's The Union , released October 19 on Decca, took the top spot at Albums on the Hill and came in second at Twist & Shout for the week ending October 31. Lil Wayne's latest effort, I Am Not a Human Being, continues to stay on top at Independent Records, while Hed P.E.'s Truth Rising, released last week on Suburban Noize, came in second. Bob Dylan's The Witmark Demos: 1962-1964 The Bootleg Series Vol. 9, meanwhile, bumped Kings of Leon's Come Around Sundown down to the second spot and Women's latest effort, Public Strain came in first at Wax Trax.
