The Yerkish guys have always had a knack for making some of the best posters in town, and this latest flier touting thier March 7 show at the D-Note proves no exception. You'll notice the re-emergence of the monkey imagery. For a while there, with the release of the new album, the guys had consciously stepped away from what had become their signature iconography, primarily because folks had begun to refer to the guys as "that monkey band." Well, we, for one, welcome the return of the simians. But then to be honest we've never been disappointed by any of the outstanding handbills these fine gentlemen have produced.
