Support the independent voice of Denver and help keep the future of Westword free.
If you missed our Tweet earlier this morning, we've got good news and bad news regarding Flogging Molly. Bad news first: The band, which is making its way back to the States from Europe, has had to drop off KTCL's Not So Silent Night bill on Tuesday, December 6, at 1STBANK Center to allow drummer George Schwindt to be with his wife, who has just been informed that the couple's first child will need to be delivered prematurely.
Okay, now for the good news: A new date has already been announced. Catch Flogging Molly at the Ogden Theatre on March 14 -- just in time for St. Paddy's Day. Tix go on sale on next Friday at 10 a.m. via Axs.com. On a related note, Flobots (see interview with Jonny 5) have been added to the 1STBANK bill.
