While bands and local music fans in Denver are trying to decide between the Underground Music Showcase or Blucifer’s First Rodeo, unfortunately taking place on the same weekend this summer, FoCoMX stands out as a solid, non-competitive option celebrating Colorado bands this spring.
The longstanding music festival just announced the lineup for this year’s iteration, which will take place on Friday, April 24, and Saturday, April 25, at venues around downtown Fort Collins. There are 450 local bands slated to perform across forty stages, with every genre you can imagine in what’s sure to be the biggest celebration of the state’s creative community this year. Tickets to the festival ($60-$75) are on sale now at focomx.org, where you can also find more information on the lineup and venues, as well as options to volunteer.
