Got moves? If you've been polishing up your go-go dancing skill set in front of the mirror for a while and are ready for your big break, your big break may just be ready for you. This Friday, March 6, Team Easy and the Triad Dragons are sponsoring tryouts for go-go dancers at the Church. Head down there at 11 p.m., adorned in your go-go finest, and get ready to shake what your mama gave you. If you've got what it takes, you'll be go-going your way to fame and fortune at the Caffeine party at the end of the month, one of the biggest dance parties of the year. I'm assuming this audition is aimed primarily at the ladies, but dudes, if you've got moves, I suggest you strap on a g-string and convince them to throw in a little beefcake for the ladies and non-traditional males at the party.

Keep Westword Free... Since we started Westword, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Denver, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering Denver with no paywalls.
