While there weren't any clear winners across the board at local record stores for the week ending September 12, !!!'s Strange Weather Isn't It made it into the top ten at Albums on the Hill and at Wax Trax. Elsewhere, Interpol's self-titled album, released last week on Matador, took the top spot at Twist & Shout, while Animal Collective & Danny Perez, Eminem and the Heads claimed the top spots at Albums on the Hill, Independent Records and Wax Trax.
