Since its grand opening two years ago at its original LoDo location at 19th and Wazee, Family Affair has helped hold down the Denver streetwear scene.

Co-owners Jason Ngo and Donovan Kahler have created an innovative storefront that gives cats the opportunity to get a fresh fade, pick up some new kicks or get some of the most exclusive threads in Colorado all in one place.

Over the past two years, Family Affair has evolved, with a store that recently opened at the Orchard Town Center (I-25 & 144th Avenue) in addition to a new downtown store, which opened this past Friday night on Larimer. We were there for an exclusive sneak peek. Check out some pics after the jump.

In addition to carrying upper-echelon streetwear brands such as Pharrell William's Billionaire Boys Club and other notable tags like the Hundreds and Play Cloths, the boutique salon has welcomed guests such as Mayer Hawthorne and 88-Keys, who have stopped in for a quick haircut and what could be considered the best boutique shopping in Denver.

Along with being a shopping mecca for stylish artists, the boutique has hosted charity events for Denver's Children's Home as well as top-notch performances by L.A. golden child Dom Kennedy and art shows by Denver native and Colorado Stand Up guru Thomas Evans.

After months of sleepless evenings and construction, Ngo and Kahler welcomed us into their new space at at 2049 Larimer for a sneak peak at the new, 3,000-square-foot location in the heart of downtown, which includes styling stations, impeccable bamboo flooring, a creative space and meeting areas.

According to Ngo, the mission of Family Affair is to help and encourage their clientele to evolve as a subculture and expand as a lifestyle, while avoiding the antiqued trip to the salon or barber, followed by a trip to the mall for new threads. Family Affair is truly the one-stop shop for Denver's fashionable -- and you might even run into your favorite out-of-town rapper there.
