Cultivate Denver is slated for Saturday, August 17, and will feature a bunch of lauded chefs that our Cafe Society scribes will undoubtedly be able to tell you more about, along with performances by Cold War Kids, Good Old War and some other acts that have yet to be announced. We went last year, and it was pretty cool, especially since we got some coupons for free burritos and drank some microbrews. But it was soggy and kind of cold, so it will definitely be nice to stop by City Park in August rather than October. Suffice it to say, this time around, it should either be sweltering or just about perfect (this is Colorado, after all).
