Susan Boyle, whose I Dreamed a Dream is burning up American and UK charts, grabs the top spot at Bart's CD Cellar for the week ending December 13. Norah Jones claims the second slot with her latest effort, The Fall, and Rodrigo y Gabriela checks in at number three with 11:11.
