Tech N9Ne is coming back to Denver. Again. If it seems like he was just here, it's because he was. This past November. At the Fillmore Auditorium. And before that he was there in July. And December before that in Boulder. Tech N9Ne is here so often, in fact, you'd be excused for thinking he lives here. He's doesn't of course. His mail is delivered to Kansas. But that's just where he hails from, really. He lives on the road. And that's precisely how he's risen up through the ranks to command the same level of attention as his much higher profile counterparts. You can be sure that any acclaim he has garnered, he's earned the old fashion way. Tickets for Tech's Friday, May 18 date at the Fillmore, which also features Krizz Kaliko, Machine Gun Kelly, Mayday, Prozak and Stevie Stone, go on sale this Saturday, February 4, at 10 a.m.

Keep Westword Free... Since we started Westword, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Denver, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering Denver with no paywalls.
