The Fray tapped to warm up for U2 at Invesco Field next spring

Grammy nominations? Platinum status? Selling out Red Rocks? It's difficult to imagine any single event surpassing those sorts of mile markers in your career. Unless, of course, said event involves warming up for U2. In your hometown. Now that's beyond difficult. That's inconceivable.

But that's exactly what the Fray will have the privilege of doing next May when it opens up for Bono and company at Invesco Field. Even if the dudes never sell another record, we'd say that's pretty much a wrap as far as bucket lists go. Tickets are on sale now at Live and all TicketMaster outlets and range from $55 to $250.
