Early today, we made mention of how lovely it was to come across the glowing review given to Wentworth Kersey’s latest platter on Pop Matters. Well, needless to say, we were equally as excited to see a write up on the Natural Selection, an outfit we’ve long been enamored with ourselves, in the River Front Times, our sister paper in St. Louis, Missouri. Unbeknown to us, our counterparts at the fishwrap saw fit to devote a feature profile to the act, who’s currently on tour with the Rouge, another of our faves. Makes sense. After all, Natural Selection frontman Samuel Glover is from the Lou. In fact, he formed the band there and still has bandmates who live in the shadows of the Arches. It’s good to see the group, which we of course now proudly claim as our own, get props outside of here.
