After a short-lived run as Club 753 , the space at 753 Santa Fe Drive is about to become a music and arts venue called the Sound Kitchen. The spot is hosting a Dubstep Pants Party during the First Friday Art Walk on Friday, April 1, with a performance from Nic Hammerberg and Wesley Watkins of Petals of Spain from 8 to 9 p.m., followed by DJs spinning from 9 p.m until 2 a.m., including Wyatt Lamond from the Mile High Sound Movement, Dirty Monkey from Prime Dub and Jungle Bums and Tony Flows, as well as a surprise guest headlining DJ. The artists being showcased include Tristan Minton of Royal Stain, Brian Curran and Brandon Comacho, among others.
