After several delays, Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill has finally opened in Northfield/Stapleton. The massive 22,000-square-foot bar/restaurant, named after Keith’s hit country single “I Love This Bar,” is headed by Charly Barnett, who was general manager at the Grizzly Rose for thirteen years. The place sports an 85-foot-long guitar-shaped bar, a ton of Keith memorabilia, a dance floor, beer in Mason jars and live music five nights a week. Click through for a sneak peek.
