Tonight: Gabriel & Dresden at Beta

As Gabriel & Dresden (throwing down tonight at Beta Nightclub with Kostas and Marshall Monica), Josh Gabriel and Dave Dresden form the powerful union of DJ and producer. Creating trance and house-oriented remixes for big names like New Order, the Killers, Britney Spears and Madonna, the duo also finds the means to create completely original hook-heavy dance tracks too.

Joining forces in 2001 after a party line of friend connections brought them together, Gabriel & Dresden spent the next decade DJing live side by side while producing a handful of original full-length albums and dozens of singles and remixes, many of which made it onto the Billboard dance charts. After breaking up in 2008, the duo recently reunited this spring (and spoke about it at length with us last week) and consider themselves fully active as Gabriel & Dresden once again. This show is eighteen and up, and tickets are $15. Doors open at 8 p.m., and DJs start at 9 p.m.
