Miguel Lopez, organizer of the 4/20 rally at Civic Center Park, hoped the annual marijuana celebration would attract 100,000 people. Not quite: Most estimates put the crowd at 10,000 to 15,000. As Lucchesi notes, “Gotta love the woman in the background who says to no one in particular, ‘Happy 4/20 motherfuckkkkkkers!'”
