A southwest Denver home just hit the market, and it’s a real…score.

The four-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 1972 South Wolcott Court has a spacious backyard, is located blocks away from Harvey Park, and is listed for two-thirds of the median price of a single-family home in Denver.

There’s just one catch: it’s seemingly a former meth lab.

The house is “sealed by city order due to meth contamination” and requires “complete rehab and meth remediation,” according to the Zillow listing. The windows are boarded up and prospective buyers aren’t allowed inside because, well, the meth. But photos reveal a house of horrors, despite the listing talking up the property as a “fantastic brick tri-level with huge potential” and a “great opportunity for fix-up.”

Editor's Picks

The kitchen is covered in splatters of a mysterious black substance, pill bottles litter the dining table, and piles of trash fill basically every room.

And good news, that trash is yours to keep! The listing says the house will be sold with all personal property inside and outside. There is quite a bit of personal property to deal with. Some standouts: a stained bare mattress topped with ashtrays and a bong, a whiskey decanter in the shape of a turkey, and a surprisingly pristine Denver Broncos Peyton Manning jersey.

On the bright side, the home also comes with a finished basement and no HOA, obviously.

The property is sealed by city order due to meth contamination, according to the Zillow listing.

The sellers are asking for $410,000 for the 1,500-square-foot ex-drug den. The property was listed on October 17, quickly garnering nearly 10,000 views and 61 saves since.

The asking price is way below the current $640,000 median sale price for single-family homes in Denver. But, according to Zillow, several other houses on the block are valued at less than $450,000 — and they don’t come with the risks of respiratory issues and former customers knocking on your door.

In August, five Denver houses were on the market for under $310,000, and they only had some fire damage, asbestos or zero bedrooms.

Anyone willing to shell out $410,000 for the meth palace might be breaking bad themselves…
