Location of Offense: Denver

In a press release, Lynn Kimbrough of the Denver District Attorney’s Office reports:

“Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey has charged a man accused of breaking into a Denver home, drinking the victim’s beer and other unusual behavior. Glenn House [37-years-old] is charged with second degree burglary. The charge alleges that House broke into a home in the 900 block of south Harrison Street by taking a screen off an open kitchen window and crawling inside. The charge further alleges that he helped himself to beer that was in the refrigerator and a clean shirt that was in the dryer. The victim and his girlfriend were in the bedroom when they realized a man was watching them; the victim gave chase and held the suspect with the help of a neighbor until police arrived. House remains in custody in the Denver County Jail. His bond is set at $10,000.” –Jared Jacang Maher
