The Denver Post reported today that Max Karson -- the CU student who was arrested for saying, in response to the Virginia Tech massacre, that he under stood why someone would want to kill his fellow students -- has been given a year to behave. A Boulder County Judge ruled that if Karson keeps his nose clean for twelve months, charges against him will be dropped.
