The other half is living large in Denver.

This year, five homes in the Denver metro area sold for $10 million or more, according to Redfin data on completed residential real estate sales since January 1. That is almost sixteen times the $631,000 median sale price of single-family homes in the region last month.

The priciest home sales of 2025 range from a penthouse condo to a 600-plus-acre ranch. The number-one sale on this list even set a new record for the Denver metro area’s most expensive on-market sale of all time.

Here’s a look at the high-ticket home sales of 2025 (which is probably the closest any of us will get to this level of luxury).

It offers panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, with terraces facing west, north and east. The kitchen has professional-grade Wolf appliances, there are multiple gas fireplaces, and the Laurel’s amenities include a private concierge, rooftop pool and an outdoor pizza kitchen. But the real sell is the location within “Denver’s finest neighborhood,” as the listing puts it.

Few details are available about this home, aside from its disproportionate excess of bathrooms. The seller’s agent told BusinessDen that it was more of a “land sale” than a home sale. Nevertheless, the $15 million price tag made it Denver’s second most expensive single-family home sale ever, BusinessDen reported. Ever mysterious, photos of the property have seemingly been removed from all of its online listings. A glimpse of the mansion from 2021 can be seen in a Denver Post article, though the real estate company did not respond to Westword’s request to republish the photo.
