“Investigation disclosed that between the listed dates and times 2 to 3 unknowns approached the victims [a group of four twentysomethings], threatened them with a shotgun, struck victim #1 in the face and took her purse. The unknowns then attacked victim #2 and stabbed him repeatedly. The unknowns then fled in an unknown direction in a dark vehicle.” – Jared Jacang Maher
