In recent days, we've shared top ten lists of the most popular Denver natives on Internet Movie Database and the most popular Boulderites on IMDB -- a pair of rosters that were full of surprises.

The same is true of today's list, featuring the ten most popular people from Colorado Springs. They include familiar faces from Baywatch, Gilmore Girls and assorted geek favorites -- like number ten, featured in a porn parody with a local connection. Check them all out below.

Number 10: Juli Ashton Date of birth: 5 October 1968, Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Actress: Orgazmo

Colorado-born Juli Ashton has the reputation of being a nice girl in a not-always-so-nice business. She graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Spanish and History, working as a nightclub waitress to put herself through college. She taught Spanish in a junior high school for a year, but her striking looks and spectacular figure weren't meant to be cooped up in a classroom, and in 1990 she began appearing in adult films....

Jason began his career with his memorable portrayal of the dark, but likeable villain, "Peter Blake", on NBC's long-running drama, "Days of Our Lives" (1965), for which he garnered Soap Opera Digest's coveted Best Villain award.

After leaving "Days" to pursue other projects, Jason continued to work consistently in leading roles in television and film, including Alibi (1997) (TV), opposite Tori Spelling for ABC, Three Secrets (1999) (TV), with Jaclyn Smith for CBS, and The Darwin Conspiracy (1999) (TV) (Pilot/MOW) for UPN. He then landed a recurring role warming up the ice cold "Miss Parker" on ABC's hit drama series, "The Pretender" (1996), opposite Andrea Parker.

Soon after, "Baywatch" (1989) producers approached Jason to replace David Hasselhoff in the series' new incarnation, "Baywatch" (1989)....

Spring developed an early interest in the theater as a high-school teenager and ambitiously put together an acting company that toured mining camps in the Colorado Springs area.
